REFUNDS
We are happy to arrange an exchange or offer a store credit subject to the terms and conditions below. However please note we do not offer Cash Refunds. Sale items cannot be returned so please purchase carefully.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it for a Store Credit subject to the following terms;
You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or credit.
All returns (other than faulty goods) are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred in the transaction/return.
The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs for all warranty and returns.
Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in original packaging. The supplier reserves the right to refuse any return if in the opinion of the supplier the goods have been used or soiled in any way.
ALL returns must be accompanied by the origianl receipt to be considered for exhange or store credit.
14 DAY LINGERIE LIMITED WARRANTY
If due to any defect in materials or workmanship that you are not happy with your lingerie purchase, the supplier will replace your garment with a like or reasonably similar garment. This warranty does not cover garment replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the supplier.
Replacement garments are warranted only for 14 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. If your garment becomes defective after the initial 14 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
14 DAY ADULT TOY LIMITED WARRANTY (Consumable products excluded.)
If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable, the supplier will repair this product or, at the supplier’s sole option, replace it with a like or reasonably similar product. This warranty does not cover product repair and/or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the supplier. Repaired or replacement products are warranted only for 14 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. Toy related products are sold as novelties only. If your item becomes defective after the initial 14 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
DELIVERY
Delivery is usually between 3 - 21 days depending on the stock available. You will be notified via email with an expected delivery date prior to shipping your order. In the unlikely event that a stocked item is due to take longer than 21 days for delivery you will be notified ASAP via email or phone. All orders are sent in discreet packaging and via registered post. A $2.00 handling charge is added to every order.
Australian orders accepted only. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
